• You've stepped into a bigger role and are finding that familiar ways of working aren't as effective.
• You're struggling to influence a senior stakeholder or manage a difficult working relationship.
• You're spending too much time solving other people's problems and not enough time leading.

What happens during the conversation

I'll listen to what's happening at work and ask questions until I understand the situation. If it seems useful, I'll also explain how we might work together.

You don't need a clear coaching goal to book, and there's no obligation to continue afterwards.

How I work with clients

What you tell me stays confidential, apart from the limits that the law and safety require. You decide what we work on, and your goals come before mine.

Before we start, I'll be clear about fees and how many sessions we're likely to need. I won't promise outcomes, and if coaching isn't the right fit for what you're facing, I'll say so and suggest someone who is.

A little about me

I'm Rudi Doku, an executive coach based in Melbourne. I work with senior leaders online and in person, and I've coached leaders at organisations such as Google and BHP. Before coaching I spent about 15 years as a technology consultant in the Netherlands, Singapore and Australia, so I understand the pressures senior people work under.
