The Capacity Program, eight weeks for a cohort from one organisation

The Capacity Program is for an organisation putting eight to ten of its people through together. It suits a cohort of senior individual contributors or new managers who are running hot, where the employer wants something more substantial than a wellbeing webinar.

For
Eight to ten people from one organisation
Format
Eight weeks, with four live sessions
Cost
Typically $12,000 to $18,000 + GST per cohort
First step
A free sample session with your team, then a proposal

The cohort meets for four live sessions across the eight weeks, and everyone completes the same short questionnaire at the start and again at the end.

Measured at both ends

The questionnaire is a short published one about how safe people feel at work, so the employer has something to look at afterwards. The scores show how the group moved, and I won't stretch them into retention or productivity figures.

Cost and how to begin

The program typically costs $12,000 to $18,000 + GST per cohort. I can run a free sample session for your team first, then put a proposal to you. To arrange it, book a scoping call with the button below. You can also email rudi@vertdev.co or call +61 410 740 648 with a few lines about the group.

Questions from the person signing it off

How is this different from mindfulness training?

Mindfulness training mostly teaches individuals a technique to use on their own. The Capacity Program works with a group of colleagues on what happens to them in their actual weeks, so what changes is how they handle hard moments together.

Can you prove it works?

I can show you how it's measured before and after, and where the measure stops being useful. I won't promise a result.

Is this therapy?

No. It's professional development, and it doesn't replace therapy or an employee assistance program.

Who runs it?

I do, every session. I'm a single practitioner, so I take on a small number of cohorts at a time.
